There is no evidence that Botox has a beneficial effect for Peyronie’s disease. There have been multiple reports on the use of Botox for a variety of problems, but this is a chemical which acts as neuromuscular paralyzing agent, and at this point there does not appear to be any evidence that it has any beneficial effect upon fibrotic tissue or scar.
