Dr. Levine answers: Fexofenadine, also known as Allegra, is an antihistamine. At this point, I am unaware of any formal studies done to examine the use of this agent for the treatment of Peyronie’s disease for any symptom whatsoever. Again it is possible that anecdotal reports are circulating by either physicians or individuals who are trying these products randomly, but again there is no known rationale as to why these agents would work, and no studies to support their use.
